Musings of An Old Man

by Brian K. Moore

BILL BENDELE THE BIG MAN

This poem is preceded by talk about Bill’s value to the club and about how if he fell short in anything he could just make it up in sheer size.

POEM

A big man like Bill has his worth

The guy is the salt of the earth

Most members are smaller

And no one is taller

And few can equal his girth
